As the situation with Covid-19 is extremely dynamic we will continue to make proactive decisions that are grounded in care for our customers and our engineers.

Our engineers are taking the necessary precautions to protect both themselves and our customers, we do require that customers follow social distancing rules when our engineers are working in their property.

We are reducing the number of survey visits by doing remote surveys where possible, so we may ask you to email/Whatsapp us photos or a video of your staircase.
